25 Years, One Standard

$1.5 Billion of Direct Real Estate Experience

It all led to Custom Capital...

I’ve been a licensed agent for over 25 years, working across single-family homes, vacation ownership with two Fortune 500 companies, and luxury real estate as vice president of the Forbes number one fastest-growing company in the world in 2016, a $2 billion-a-year developer out of Dubai where I oversaw two continents. Across all of those price points, I’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and what investors actually want. That’s why I focus on absolute triple net today: minimal landlord responsibilities, long-term leases, and corporate guarantees that are turnkey and cash flow from month one.

That standard traces back to my grandfather, a nominee for National Marine of the Year in the Korean War, who taught me to give 100 percent to everything, right down to sweeping the floor. It’s why I stay under the hood of this business every day, reviewing acquisitions, talking to lenders, reading contracts, and meeting investors face to face. I need to know everything is done right and with full integrity, and that’s exactly the attitude I look for in everyone we bring on at Custom Capital.

Mission &
Vision

Mission

To give accredited investors a better way into commercial real estate.

We source single-tenant absolute NNN opportunities off-market, and carry every deal from first look through close. The goal is simple: turnkey property that cash flows from month one, backed by long-term leases and corporate guarantees, so ownership stays as passive as it can possibly be. There are still some responsibilities, but nowhere near as much as full-time active management.

Vision

To become the family office that investors trust most for absolute NNN, one deal and one relationship at a time.

Commercial real estate is hard. Our vision is to be the firm that stays by an investor’s side through all of it, backed by a 50-person team across seven divisions deep enough to solve problems instead of walking away from them. We’re building something that lasts, measured not just by the $460M+ we’ve closed but by the investors who come back and bring others with them.
